Use Knoy for authorised environmental work.

Knoy is intended for lawful environmental assessment, planning, engagement, approvals, delivery, compliance and professional review workflows.

Material you are authorised to process

Do not upload, retrieve or share material unless you have an appropriate right and project purpose to do so. This includes:

  • Client-confidential and commercially sensitive information.
  • Personal information from submissions or engagement.
  • Cultural heritage information and restricted site data.
  • Unpublished ecological, survey or field information.
  • Legal, procurement, government-sensitive or regulator material.

Prohibited activity

  • Unlawful processing or activity that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Attempting to bypass project access controls or access another team’s workspace.
  • Introducing malware, disrupting the service or testing security without written authority.
  • Using the service to facilitate harm, deception, harassment or discriminatory profiling.
  • Representing AI-assisted draft material as professionally approved when it has not been reviewed.
  • Using Knoy as the sole basis for a final legal, planning, cultural heritage, ecological or regulatory decision.

Professional accountability

Users must verify source context, citations, obligations, assumptions and outputs. Appropriate specialists and accountable decision-makers must approve material before it is relied on or submitted.

Reporting a concern

Report suspected misuse or unauthorised access to support@knoy.app. Enforcement, suspension, investigation and appeal terms still require counsel-approved wording.
