What this status means
The absence of a public notice is not a real-time uptime guarantee. If you are unable to sign in, access a project or complete an important workflow, contact Knoy so the issue can be checked directly.
Report an issue
Email support@knoy.app with the affected page or workflow, approximate time and a non-sensitive description of what you observed. Do not email confidential project files unless an agreed support route is in place.
