Terms of Service

KNOY Enviro provides AI-assisted drafting, retrieval, citation, and workflow tooling for environmental assessment work. Outputs are drafts only and require professional human review before use or submission.

You must not upload documents, submissions, personal information, or confidential material unless you have the rights and authority to do so. You are responsible for checking generated content, citations, obligations, and exported documents.

Acceptable use excludes unlawful processing, attempts to bypass access controls, uploading material you do not have rights to use, and using the service to make automated final planning, legal, or regulatory decisions without human review.

Plans and quotas may limit projects, users, document uploads, and AI generations. Paid plans are managed through Stripe and remain subject to the subscription status on the organisation account.

These terms are an implementation draft. Replace them with counsel-approved terms and an Acceptable Use Policy before selling the service.
